COVID-19

Update: Wednesday 15th April 2020

My small business is still open and packing and posting out Letterbox gifts only but due to an increase in orders and only myself able to work, orders are taking anything between 1-4 working days to get them out of the office.

Also, Royal Mail are currently (and very understandably) experiencing delays due to an increase in their demand and trying to keep themselves as safe as possible. This means, orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive - both first and second class services.

So please take this into consideration when ordering ☺️❤️

Update: Sunday 29th March 2020

As of today, I have chosen to adapt my business to Letterbox Gift Boxes ONLY for the foreseeable future.

This allows me to continue running my business the best I can, at the safest level possible

Any outstanding orders for gift boxes containing larger items such as Mugs etc, which were due to go out on Wednesday 1st April will be posted out as promised but I will no longer be accepting orders for any of the items which do not fit in to the Letterbox size boxes.

The letterbox size boxes are just the perfect size to be pushed straight through your letterbox, so the Post Workers won’t even need to knock on your door.

This also means I can push your gift boxes through the nearest post box to me, on my allowed daily exercise.

As I already work alone from my home office, (apart from the help of my Pug Winston) I‘ve just changed the way I post out your orders.

I now simply purchase the postage labels from the Royal Mail website, print and apply said labels to your boxes and push them through the post box without having to come in to contact with a single human being!

Obviously, I cannot plan for the future as we are all currently unaware of how long this lockdown will last, so all I can do is keep a close eye on the government guidelines to make sure I’m sticking to the safest way of running my small business.

Most of you probably know that I am pregnant and therefore my husband and I have been practising social distancing, since the Government announced Pregnant women were at higher risk.

At the time of writing this (29.03.20) we are both symptom free and adhering to the government guidelines. Any deliveries which arrive are thoroughly cleaned down, I am regularly washing my hands when handling new items which come in to the home office and cleaning down my work spaces regularly.

All I can say is Thank you SO much for choosing to shop with me still and for giving me the opportunity to carry on running my business during this crazy time.

I am feeling super grateful that you have chosen me to send out your thoughtful pick me up parcels, to cheer up your friends and family who you can’t currently visit.

We could all do with some happy post popping through our doors now more than ever

if you have any questions, no matter how big or small, do not hesitate to contact me - via Facebook, Instagram DM or email me Roxanne.nicholls@ntlworld.com and I will get back to you ASAP.
