Returns & Exchanges
WRONG SIZE/UNWANTED ITEMS
If you would like to return any of your items, you can return within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item, at the price you bought it at.
Please note SALE items are non refundable - exchange only.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
The items must be returned within 14 working days in an unworn, unused, unmarked condition in the original packaging with all original tags still attached.
Unfortunately any returns which are found to have any stains on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Items returned outside of the 14 working days time frame, will be exchange only.
All items are inspected once returned. Any unwanted items must be returned to Charms and Chains in a saleable condition.
A refund cannot be issued until we have received your items, we recommend using a recorded delivery service which you can track. If you choose to use a standard postage service and the item gets lost on the way to us, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Postage costs are non-refundable and we do not offer prepaid returns labels at the moment.
Once we have received your items, please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your items and refund.
If an item is faulty for any reason, please inform us within 3 working days of you receiving the item and we can arrange for a full refund or exchange of the item.
Please note, we will not refund postage costs.
WHERE TO SEND RETURNS
You can send your unwanted items to:
Charms and Chains, 32 Town Road, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 2JQ. We advise you send this using a recorded delivery service so you can track your items, we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
You can also call in to the shop to return your items - but you will be refunded via Paypal, once the unwanted item has been processed.
RETURNS POLICY IN STORE
The returns policy in our store is different to online. Any unwanted items are exchange or credit note only (unless faulty).
As we provide Changing Room facilities in store, we do not refund items bought in store because they do not fit or you dislike them. An exchange or credit note are the only available options.
However, if the item is faulty, a full refund will be given once the item is returned within 28 days.
